BUILD
A studio with an enterprise core.
We design, architect and engineer complete platforms — product, data, AI and infrastructure. Our builds are AI-native and enterprise-hardened from the first commit, because our engineering arm grew up shipping software for organisations that could not afford failure.
Everything we ship carries our LLM Use Audit framework: every model interaction logged, attributed and traceable, with data lineage and confidence scoring built in. When AI is doing real work in your product, you should be able to prove exactly what it did.
INVEST
Capital, end to end.
We deploy institutional-grade capital into the companies we create and the founders we partner with. Because we also build and operate, our diligence is an engineering review, our term sheet is a business plan and our cheque comes with a delivery team attached.
And we build the machinery that brings capital in: investment decks that survive diligence, capital tables structured for the rounds ahead, the complete legal framework, and hands-on procurement of funding — from target list to closed round.
We structure the business first — incorporation, governance, cap table, compliance — so the company is fundable by anyone, not just by us. Capital commitments are selective, discretionary and made only under definitive written agreements.
